Pizza Doner york

I ordered last night, we always have ordered from here but last night will be the last time! For starts it was 2 hours late, they said it would take 40 mins to arrive so I rang them after an hour to ask where it was, I was told it had just left and is on its way to to us. Waited another 45 mins and rang them asking where it was and said if it had left an 45 mins ago it would be cold. It finally arrived and was still warm so it obviously hadn't left when we were told. Our drinks were missing that we paid for. So I rang up and asked where our drinks were. She said sorry and that they would give us a part refund and drop our drinks of. They never arrived. I rang and the lady on the phone said she was sorry again and would send them out now. That was last night and I'm still nothing. Disappointed is an understatement.

We used to order from here regularly, they were consistently brilliant but now it's a different story. Unfortunately they seem to have gone down hill in all areas. Food takes longer, doesn't taste the same, quantity is inconsistent and it seemed to cost more last time too. The last time veryI ordered I was left on the phone waiting for 2 mins and they hung up so I had to ring back, driver was even holding the pizza vertically at the door I'm amazed there was any topping left on it. I won't be ordering again, which is such a shame :(

Really good customer service, very friendly. The food was spot on and the Donner meat was nice with no grit and full of flavour. It can be hard finding a nice Donner Kebab but I will definitely be coming back again and very much recommend.

Quick delivery, garlic bread missing from order which was quickly delivered. Food was absolutely yummy. Great value!

Great pizza's, great price, reliable service. Highly recommend for a low budget pizza. I'm a regular, you should be too.
