Don't use them. Completely incompetent. Told us that they couldn't provide a van the evening before our removal (we booked it several weeks in advance), you can imagine the stress that caused. We eventually traced down the booking they had made via another booking agency. Phew!!! There was no opportunity to give them a zero rating hence the one star review.

Do not touch this 'company', they are scammers and have stolen £89.90 off of me. I hired a van for this morning, after giving them my credit card number and expiry date. The van did not arrive. I phoned their Glasgow landline, which was not working, and their mobile phone number automatically put me on to an answer phone. I contacted my bank, but unfortunately these crooks now have my money. I may get it back through the bank, but nevertheless, do not go near Pixo. Do not believe their positive reviews which are probably written by their staff. I originally spoke to one of their staff, who had a Scottish accent, and she claimed to have worked in a pub across the road from me, even although I live in a small village, which made her company seem plausible. She probably googled my address and made the story up. I am taking t his up with Trading Standards and my bank is now aware of this 'company' and I have had my card blocked. I have to give Pixo a star, as I cannot post otherwise, which is something google should look at.

Pixo Rental has a prominent presence in my life over the last few years... The first time I used Pixo Rental was to drive all my belongings up from the south of England to move into my new place in Scotland. The second time was to drive to an air field to do my first parachute jump. The most recent was to collect my fiancée from the airport when she moved to Scotland. They've been a crucial element in all of these. A great service, very friendly and helpful staff and a good range of vehicles in their fleet. Used Pixo a few times and always been very happy with the price, the rental and the service. For as long as I live in Scotland I will never use another vehicle rental company!

Terrible business avoid at all costs. Pixo have taken £500 from our account unlawfully and have had this money for 6 months now. After numerous phone calls and a letter of complaint they have still not paid us back and we are now taking them to the small claims court.

Terrible service. They accept your booking online then send an email saying "you will have to pay before the van is delivered" which is fair enough, however it also says "one of our team will be in touch shortly". After waiting almost 4 hours I phoned to check everything was ok to be told that they were too busy and had no free vans. So I asked why they allowed me to book a van online and was asked "did it not say someone would be in touch shortly?" Online bookings are very handy but only if they actually work. Wouldn't waste your time with this company.
