Excellent care when you can get in contact. In the last 6 months it has become extremely difficult to reach staff. Ask my GP is great, but it can take a week or more to find it open to be used, even when you try at 6am!

Very unprofessional attitude, receptionists never answers phone i tried to stay on the line for upto 40 minutes but still can't go through even if you are first in the queue, impossible to got hold of someone on the phone to have a look at you when you need them, i used askmygp app and still suffer communication issues, after sending all the information requested i got no communication from them to let me know that someone will contact me, i went to walk in centre they called me couple of hours later when my phone was on silent. I tried to call them but unable to got hold of them, it's a continuous loop again and again,
