Firstly , I cannot thank the receptionist enough for the service and understanding and sympathy that she provides to the patients which can only stem from someone with a heart of gold ! who probably does not get the recognition she deserves ... I can’t thank you enough and many happy returns on your 60th b-day in the coming weeks ! P.s love your shoes too !!!!! Secondly, My appointment fell to a professional in the name of Ren ( for short ) ! Who was exceptional in every department with the sensitivity that opened me up and let me speak freely as I have never been able to before ! There are doctors etc qualified to take positions like Ren , however, exams results don’t give you the people skills which is such a major factor in many cases like myself !!! You were a beautiful sister that I have never had !!!! and listened to me with a beautiful smile that kept me so at ease ! Ren , I cannot thank you enough for listening to me without prejudice ! Kindest regards Simon

Supported a client of mine to their PIP assessment last week. Although the appointment was delayed, the staff were awesome. Lady on reception was apologetic, helpful, with good humour and very attentive to my clients needs which was very much appreciated. Assessor we saw was excellent;patient, listening and accommodated my clients needs. All in all they made the experience as stress free as possible, which made the world of difference to our day! Thank you!
