So glad to have found this place. Dr Kesha and the nurses are so friendly and knowledgeable and I love that they open Saturdays. You can also expect to be treated in a timely manner, which is great.

I have seldom been spoken to as rudely as I was when I called to make an appointment. After years of terrible service it's time to find somewhere else. Front of house team consistently rude. Appalling behaviour.

Dr Amin has provided me with outstanding care. All the staff are professional in their manner and very helpful. I have been with the surgery for 20 years and in that time my family have been well treated. Highly recommended.

Last time I needed this GP practice was 10 years ago. I recently had to go and had to wait 3 days for a face to face appointment. Given the covid pressure, I was happy to wait. The GP was outstanding in her examination and explanation. She referred me for further tests and apologised I would have to wait a while for my appointment. They organised an in house blood test for the following week. I am grateful to be a patient of this practice and think they are really good. Thanks to the whole team.

I've just looked at the website to check the address. I really can't understand some of the appalling reviews people have posted here. I've been registered with PVMC for over thirty years and have had many consultations here with a variety of doctors. I have always been treated well and quickly when required. In that time I have seen "rudeness" but that was from a patient talking to the receptionist...

this surgery used to be great but now its gone down so much, reception never have the right answer for you, my daughter filled an online enquiry and was told to book a telephone appointment, not sure why the reception couldn't book her an appointment just called to say she has to call between 8-9am, why cant we book non urgent appointment in advance? absolutely useless.

The surgery in and of itself is decent but the reception staff is ghastly. Extremely rude, and will not even let you get a word in edgewise. I was trying to explain my needs to the receptionist and she interrupted every single one of my sentences and displayed a complete lack of compassion, empathy and manners which I thought was an essential when dealing with people who need medical help.
