I'm so glad I found PillTime. It makes my life so much easier. Excellent service with great individual pouches for tablets delivered on time at my door. It was so easy to switch from my old pharmacy and that was a fear of mine. Highly recommended.

Continually having to be in touch because my prescription is rarely fully filled, always having to chase between my doctor surgery and Pill-time to ensure I have all meds needed, each blame the other so what am I supposed to do? Its not rocket science, I have a list of meds I need filled each month, some are meds I will be on for life and rarely change, the others much needed long term pain meds as I have osteoarthritis pre joint replacement so severe pain. The same list each month so WHAT Is The Problem?!?! I just need my prescription copied monthly filled out correctly and sent out correctly each month!!! Genuinely been correct maybe twice this year! Customer service lovely when I ring, promise to sort out the issues, do for that month but back to square one the next month, now I'm being asked to contact my gp as the problem is their end but gp tells me the full list of my meds is on the computer so just needs to be requested! Aaaaaaaaarrrrrgggggghhhhhh!!!!! Please sort this out Pill Time, that's why I joined you so I wouldn't have to deal with this stressful aggro!!

Supposed to be easy and convenient. It definitely is not. Every other month something is missing from my repeat prescription which means I'm without, and have to call to find out what's going on. This service from these people is a lottery, and could cause some serious damage to someone's health. I've tried to deal with customer service several times to be told it will not happen again, but it does. Totally incompetent and needs closing. I will be taking my complaints to a higher level. PillTime has added to my already I'll health, Dont let it be you too.

Don’t recommend using their service. Only 1/3 medications got delivered. I then called my GP to make sure my prescriptions were going through correctly and they confirmed all was ok. When contacting PillTime customer service I asked for the remaining medications to be sent ASAP expecting it to be delivered in pouches to my address. I was not informed it would NOT be delivered to my address but back to the NHS spine (No idea what this meant at the time but now I assume it’s your pharmacy). I waited 7 working days expecting my medication to be delivered to my doorstep as they advertise they would until I decided to go back to my local pharmacy and collect it as normal. It was meant to be an easier alternative to have my medication packaged into my daily dosages, but I just find it pointless to continue with their service if I just have to collect it at my local pharmacy anyway.

What a rubbish company - My meds never arrive on time... When I try to cancel this pharmacy on my EMIS patient account they always revert it back to them. Totally unacceptable. This is not my first review for them. I would like to rate them with MINUS five stars, but that isn't allowed!!! I ordered two weeks in advance... But still hasn't arrived. Rubbish - Don't even bother.

They’ve had my prescription since the 8th. It’s now 21st and it’s still not with me. I’ve called several times and explained I have no medication. Chased it up every day this week and I still have no medication. They said it’s Royal Mail but Royal Mail claim they’ve not received the parcel. Customer service can’t answer any questions. They always have to escalate to a manager and have someone call you back. Perhaps give them the training needed to actually assist customers. Not everyone has time to wait around for a call back. I’ve given up, asked my GP to reissue the script and will go back to using the local chemist (only tried PillTime as I am recovering from leg surgery so can’t get it the chemist myself). I’d advise anyone thinking of trying PillTime to think again.

Great service, and packaging so you keep up to date with when to take your medication, all separated in snap off bags so you’re not having to take boxes around with you etc. They order your repeat cycle without having to remind them. Quick delivery, pleasant interactions

I have used pill time since January thus year and they have been excellent, I struggle to remember my medication and when to reorder due to a very busy job, pill time email me.a.week before I need to order so I actually remember! Love the pouches I can just tear a.pouch off throw it my bag and go no popping out medication and finding some where to store it, which then I can't be bothered messing around.and forget to take my meds 😅. Really pleased with the service and really thinking of changing the care home I work for to pill time if I get the green light from the owners . I would highly recommend.

Awful Awful service. Potentially deadly. They dictate the medication schedule, do not tell you which medication is in each pouch online. My medication MUST be taken at fixed times but the do not allow for this and there is no option to see or change any medication. Could be dead but for the fact I checked before taking them on the pouch. Do not use if the person you are ordering for cannot clearly check their own medication.
