Continually having to be in touch because my prescription is rarely fully filled, always having to chase between my doctor surgery and Pill-time to ensure I have all meds needed, each blame the other so what am I supposed to do? Its not rocket science, I have a list of meds I need filled each month, some are meds I will be on for life and rarely change, the others much needed long term pain meds as I have osteoarthritis pre joint replacement so severe pain. The same list each month so WHAT Is The Problem?!?! I just need my prescription copied monthly filled out correctly and sent out correctly each month!!! Genuinely been correct maybe twice this year!
Customer service lovely when I ring, promise to sort out the issues, do for that month but back to square one the next month, now I'm being asked to contact my gp as the problem is their end but gp tells me the full list of my meds is on the computer so just needs to be requested! Aaaaaaaaarrrrrgggggghhhhhh!!!!!
Please sort this out Pill Time, that's why I joined you so I wouldn't have to deal with this stressful aggro!!
