Studio Pilates classes have helped me build much-needed strength and stability after having my baby.

5/ 5

Studio Pilates classes have helped me build much-needed strength and stability after having my baby. The tailored programme and precise teaching helped my body recover at my own pace and - now 12 months later - I genuinely feel stronger and more balanced than before I was pregnant. The studio is bright, beautiful and airy, making my twice-weekly classes a real joy. You simply cannot compare Pilates in Motion to anything you'd find at a high street gym.

I joined the 60+ class on Wednesday's and have found Mary am exceptionally good teacher. As a beginner I found her patient, informative and taking time to check you are using the corect muscles while in the correct position. She brings energy and fun to the class. I would highly recommend her and the Pilates in motion studio. All the staff are friendly helpful and professional.
