Great secure storage facility.

terrible move to SA lost paper work, container in port forever, all they had in york was a good salesman, we moved 2 houses to SA, one team of packers was awful, the other very nice, a nightmare, still trying to sort out paperwork 5 years on, BEWARE.

Mike Wilding was super helpful! He went out of his way to personally help us get our stuff in the rooms safely by assisting us - wonderful dude! I would highly recommend this storage unit facility - outstanding customer service!

Been using the facility for over a year now and just cleared my unit. Staff very friendly and helpful throughout the period. The facility is getting a bit tired now compared to some I’ve used, but convenience of being in the city centre outweighed this factor. Would recommend and would definitely use again

Just vacated unit after 7 months. Staff were very friendly and helpful, from getting the quote, all the way through. All charges confirmed upfront and no surprises. Being closed on Sundays is a little inconvenient.
