I had my first massage with Mila today and I’m confident it’ll be the first of many. She was so knowledgeable and gave me advice on how to help myself to ease my headaches and neck tension. The massage was great (deep tissue) and I could really feel the difference after, but it was really relaxing as well, as she provides such a welcoming and calming atmosphere.

Would highly recommend to anyone I know! Extremely relaxing and enjoyable deep tissue massage. Really the best massage I’ve ever had. The therapist spent a lot of time on my sore areas and also gave a lot of good advice on how to continue feeling better and reduce body tension in the future. I will definitely be returning for more sessions!
