From the moment you walk in your made to feel at ease.. I Was offered a drink on arrival.. I filled in the health questionnaire... Went into the room for a relaxing massage. The table was heated I was asked if I wanted a quiet massage or music I opted for mucic nice relaxing piano.. Viv did the massage it truly was a relaxation massage. I would recommend phoenix they do offer different massages.. hot stone, deep tissue, aromatherapy... lots of different ones. It was 50 mins of pure relaxation really good for a wind down clear head time. Thank you. And yes I'm off back..

My first visit (for Tinnitus management) was taken by a very polite and knowledgeable young lady, who was one of the few health care professionals that REALLY understood the life changing condition a recent RTA had on my hearing. This was just tips and tricks, but support through fact and science. Well worth a consultation if nothing else.

Popped here for the first massage of my life and it was an incredible experience. I booked with Ali and had no idea what to expect but was put at ease very quickly. Friendly, clean environment and very bright and modern considering it's on the lower ground floor. I had a little difficulty finding it, but look out for their sign just by their staircase down - it isn't big, bright and flashy like some of the more distracting signs on that street. Parking is general Leeds City Centre parking vis paid meter or the "Ring Go" app. No card payments so bear that in mind. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately had to call to cancel my appointment at short notice due to developing COVID symptoms. Whilst I appreciate this is absolutely outside of the 24 hour cancellation policy, I wasn’t actually cancelling my appointment, it was with a view to moving it and given I had prepaid, the assurance was there. With no option but to ensure I wasn’t putting anyone at risk, £55 has been pocketed for nothing. Anywhere else would have moved the appointment under extenuating circumstances given we are in a global pandemic. I will be rebooking an appointment elsewhere.
