Phat Yaks bath

Well-cooked, deliciously seasoned meat in their wraps and very tempting vegetarian and vegan options on the menu that would appeal to even devout carnivores - something for everybody. However I have to agree with Terri Hitchen below, the quality has dropped somewhat since they have moved from wholemeal wraps to regular and padded the wraps out with unnecessary plain rice as standard.

Really friendly staff, explained the menu and helped us choose and the food was not disappointing. We visited mid-afternoon Sunday so can’t necessarily expect everything to be available but can’t give five stars when both chicken and masala chips were unavailable. The wrap and pakora were very tasty and highly recommended by us though! Would re-visit.

The food here is always spot on. The new curry meat wraps are especially good!

I had a meat curry wrap. The wrap comes with salad, rice, some sauce, curry and rice (so almost like an Indian burrito). The curry I got was a lamb curry which was nice and tasted pretty authentic. However, I'm not sure about putting a curry in a wrap - I don't think the idea works so well. Furthermore, there was quite a bit of a wait and some confusion with the orders. Overall, I expected a little more from the food as I have been to Yak Yeti Yak before and the food there was amazing and considering they're managed by the same people, I was surprised to find Phat Yaks was a little bit disappointing.

Great vegetarian and vegan options! Food was unbelievably delicious, and the portion sizes were great price wise!
