Apart from helping me with a prescription for my mother that the consultant hadn’t phoned through correctly just listened to a pharmacy staff member help a gentlemen who was waiting for a prescription whilst his taxi was running - she went out to get the taxi to stop his meter - wow above and beyond - amazing to see and listen to such care well done thanks
