This surgery is unacceptable! Firstly, it is almost impossible to get through by telephone. If you complain, they give you a ridiculous reply such as "it's BT's fault" - for not answering THEIR telephones!!!!! The reception staff speak down to you, the GP's are mostly unhelpful and today they failed to arrive for a home visit on my 95 year old disabled mother! It is my intention to to take this further with the NHS. If my mother was younger, I would arrange a better practice for her! Stay away from this place if you want good health care.

Have never had a bad experience with this surgery. Receptionists are always polite and willing to help. The Doctors are understanding and patient. When I've had an urgent problem I've always been seen that day or had a telephone consultation within a few hours.

I moved to this surgery recently after having multiple problems with my previous one. So far I have found the reception staff brilliant, they have very helpful! Karen was especially helpful at sorting out an issue for me in a professional and timely manner, I am glad I chose this surgery.

One of the worst surgeries I've been under. Couldn't careless about mental health issues all they get you to do is a quiz and send you a few links. As for being poorly they have no interest in seeing you and are clearly using covid as an excuse. Example of this is my wife has a serious throat infection and needs a blood test as stated bt the doctor on 111 but they won't see her as she hasn't had a pcr test which when you search for one there currently isn't any and they know this as the receptionist knew this and mentioned it. I recommend avoiding this place and going elsewhere.

I have used Peverell Park Surgery for 19 years. Empathetic G P attendance, guidance and advice given over these years, attentive nursing team also appreciated. With the exception of one receptionist being rather exasperating some years ago when answering a telephone inquiry, the admin team have always been a very accommodating 1st point of contact, helpful. Personally, I would not wish to change to any other surgery, unless required due to, say, ifmoving out of the catchment area. My thanks to all involved at PPS and all you do to look after us who use this welcoming practice.
