Pets at Home Llantrisant cardiff

Took my dog here to have nails cut.. Was pleased. Also I like the fact that you can walk around with your dog on the lead, plenty of bowls of water for dogs and free treats.. Happy days!

It's clean. The staff are friendly. Vets4pets are brilliant and the dogs love the groom room

Good range of animals, related products and a grooming service, vets... No idea how it is for really specialist things but for my fairly standard pet needs it's great

It's got all you need. I did buy a rabbit from here was quite disappointed that they didn't tell me how old he was. Had to ring the vets to find out how old he was but they were good to give all the facts ect of how to look after then animals that you buy but was a shame they don't give it on paper because it's a very lot to take in. Overall apart from that the staff are really friendly and happy to help you with anything. Not bad for parking either also open for long than normal pet shops too.

So helpful. Gave us advice that meant we didn't actually need to buy anything. Good on them.

Last visit was disappointing with the staff attendance to customers there was an improvement this time today as the staff was more attentive and pleasant willing to help so I have given them an extra 2 stars on this occasion

Staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. From Fish to Hamsters and now a tiny dog, this has been my go to place everytime. Extensive range of everything you could need for your pets and things you didn't know you needed until you spied them. 🐠🐭🐶

We have old Tyme English bulldog puppy started him going to groom room 12weeks ..gets his nails clipped and is groomed..,. he's quite a big boy but he loves going...the girls are lovely to him and he happy to be handled by them...would advise anyone to start their puppies asap ...

Visited because this was the specialist in Reptiles and I needed advice, the staff were good but there were no more products than in the 2 other stores I visited
