Pets at Home edinburgh

Clean and tidy store with lovely staff. Always made to feel welcome. Animals are cared for properly, and there are a lot of choices for food/stimulation/decor etc. Always my go-to when needing anything for reptiles and aquatics. :)

The reception staff have always been so friendly, welcoming and full of reassurance. I have phoned for appointments and also for simple pet advice for my dog which they are happy to help with. The vets are all very gentle with my dog too and she feels at ease in their care.

Great variety of pet food and accessories and friendly staff also dog friendly.

Always a great service. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Have never used vets or groomers here for no other reason than we have our own groomer and vet elsewhere, so can't comment on these services.

Staff are lovely and helpful. You will also get a vet practise here. They sell, bird stuff, hamster, rabbit all your pet needs. I go here for my reptile needs.

Great cinema. Not sure what you pay is worth what you get but enjoyable. Comfortable reclining sofa.

This is my favourite Pets At Home location because they have a recycling station for food and treat packaging. Pet food companies use so much plastic for 2 or 4 little treats and it’s good to have somewhere you can recycle these to divert them from landfills. Also staff is very friendly and helpful here.

Lovely wee store with friendly staff. I've never had a stock issue when trying to get supplies, also has a vets4pets which is okay as well as a groom room which I've not been back to in a few years so may have improved. This store has livestock for sale from small pets to aquatics and reptiles. My dog Ben loves a good sniff round the store and can't leave without a territorial pee which is always cleaned up quickly.
