Top service, we had a collection and delivery of a second hand hot tub scheduled with them.On delivery to our address we had a minor issue with getting the hot tub through the side passage over a gas box. Wasn't a problem for them, the boss/owner came back and built a ramp so that we could get the hot tub into position. Nothing was too much trouble. We are even having them back to clean/service and get the tub ready for use.

Peterborough Hot Tubs were a pleasure to work with. They gave me a really reasonable quote in a short response time, which was perfect as we wanted the move done ASAP. They communicated with us well all the way through and always kept us up to date. We even had a minor issue in the day which was quickly resolved by them and I can honestly say their service was top tier. Would definitely recommend!!

DO NOT USE! Had arranged for them to pick up my hot tub. This was arranged over a month for them to make sure they had the right size trailer and equipment to do the job. When it came to the day of collection they never showed up, didn’t answer the phone or respond to emails. I took 2 days off work to remove the decking and canopy that was surrounding it. What a waste of time and energy. They will leave you high and dry.
