hairdresser was polite, but didn't remotely give me what I had asked for, I wanted ash brown colour and blonde highlights, and showed a picture, this is the first picture below, the next picture is how I left the salon, I had half my head dyed orange, the hairdresser insisted she couldn't do anything with the top half of my head? although the colour expert I then paid £150 to have my hair colour corrected by, advised this was nonsense, Hair colour expert was horrified by the state of my hair, and insisted I demand a refund from Peter Marcus, she even offered to speak to them, to advise them that what they staff had done was unacceptable, yet the salon, Peter Marcus refused to give a refund stating i should have returned to have them fix it, but I would argue, if you can't give me what I ask first time round, why would I trust you bleaching my hair a second? took the salon over a month to respond to my complaint, they ignored my follow up emails asking for them to respond, and when they did they refused to give me a refund since they have a policy of no refunds... i'm not one to start a fight, but whats agreed in a consultation should be the final outcome, not good enough, make sure when you leave a salon you have a good look in the light of day at your hair, bright salon lights can be deceptive also, avoid this salon, hairdressers aren't up to par, and the customer service is awful, go to hair fairy boutique in Fallowfield, Clare is AMAZING,
