I booked the last appointment of the day and was the only customer left in clinic, along with 2 employees male and a female. Half way through my appointment there was a knock on the door, I called out but no one answered a few minutes later the male employee walked in with his mobile phone held up in his hand, looked to be filming or talking to someone. I was so embarrassed the female employee offered no comfort and said she forgot to tell him I was still in the room. As I didn’t want to book anymore appointments I had to pay a higher rate. I was so embarrassed and traumatised I rush out of there never to return again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It's always such a pleasure to come here. I've been a client for at least 4 years now and I always leave feeling so much better than when I come in. The staff are so knowledgeable and helpful. I don't know where I'd be without them. Thank you so much ladies for all you do 🙏

Gut Feeling As someone who has suffered with digestive issues my whole life, it was reassuring to find Perth Colon Health & Wellness Centre (PCHWC) and the caring and empathic Alina at its helm. PCHWC offers two Libbe or ‘open’ colonic treatment systems, providing optimal privacy and control for those who may feel uncertain about colonics, or worry as to the experience and potential loss of dignity. Having used the ‘closed’ and ‘open’ systems; I can attest that both systems are excellent and very discreet. But if you’re a first-timer; the Libbe ‘open’ system may prove your preferred method or will at least allay any trepidation you might feel about your first colonic treatment. And if in doubt, there’s the added assurance of a nearby ‘call button’ should you require any assistance or gentle reminding of how the very simple Libbe system works. PCHWC is located at 177 Grand Promenade, Bedford, although the clinic will soon relocate. Naturally, I will follow wherever PCHWC lands for the following reasons: Understanding: the PCHWC team take the time to explain the process. Hygiene: your health, safety, comfort and privacy are of the utmost concern so you can rely on immaculate and spacious treatment rooms, soothing music, lounge areas to relax in pre-and post-treatment; as well as delicious (and calming) probiotics and chai teas to enjoy. It’s all in the details: Alina and her team provide super soft, light-weight sarongs for privacy while on the Libbe bed, soothing hand-held infrared massagers, and heat pads cocooned within customised pillowcases for your hygiene, which are laundered after every client use. Take it to the next level: a comprehensive range of all-natural, dairy-, gluten- and sugar-free health-enhancing products including organic adaptogen broths and teas, fibre supplements and tonics are all available to purchase from the clinic, should you wish to further supplement your treatment. Not just colonics: PCHWC also offer detoxifying foot spas, releasing negative ions that recharge the body. Affordable: additional discounts are applied if purchasing multiple sessions, which is highly recommended as one colonic is never enough, even if you ‘go’ like clockwork. 😉 I wholeheartedly recommend Alina and the team at PCHWC, and I’m more than happy to be contacted about this review should you have any concerns or queries. To your good (optimal) health.

I booked and I made a $50 deposit for my appointment over the phone. I wasn’t 100% sure if I could make it to the appointment so I checked how much time I need to provide for cancellation. I was informed 24 hours. I rang 4 days in advance to cancel my appointment and the owner said she won’t refund the deposit. I have no problem with none refundable deposit but you need to inform your customer at the time of booking. I said I wasn’t told about this and the owner said she needs to contact her book keeper to give me a refund and she’s too busy. I also have a business so I offered her to walk her though on how to give a refund. Her respond is, she needs to talk to her book keeper. This is a very bizarre answer and terrible customer service.

I have been coming here for years, friendly staff, clean facilities and in general a nice experience. I was disappointed to see that the lovely Marilyn no longer works there, instead I was greeted by an unwelcoming and very rude lady yesterday. Each request was met with rudeness, as though it was just too much to ask for anything to make my appointment more comfortable. I will definitely NOT be going there again – the most unpleasant experience! A real shame.
