I’d been looking for ages to find a good remedial massage therapist whom I could trust and add to my personal health team. Then about a year ago, I found Shane! Basically, he’s amazing! He’s a great communicator, he’s knowledgeable, he applies the right pressure to suit me, and adapts many different techniques to work on the areas needing most attention. Shane is also most encouraging in advising and helping me achieve my fitness goals. Thanks for everything you do, Shane. 🙂 Very highly recommended.
