Certainly would not recommend this company to anyone. We have had a few issues with them and every time we have contacted them we have always had to chase them up.Most recent issue was water leak last week.I had to send pictures only to be told today that because I had work done inside conservatory the company who did the work were to blame and my 10yr guarantee was void.Have to say I wasn't surprised by the response. Surprised they still get to advertise nationally.

Absolutely shocking after sales. the fitter actually stood on my new bath to seal the window and cracked all the bath. it had only been in two days. when i approached them they said the fitters never done this and that they were not responding. i have used them in my previous house and recommended them to friends but never again. the workmanship is shoddy to say the least. the fitters told us this should have been a two day job but they had to do it in one. raging to say the least. totally unprofessional after sales service.

Most affordable and professional company. From the start, we found the service excellent. The salesman was very knowledgeable, explaining all options thoroughly. The technician who came to take the measurements was very pleasant. The fitter was great, very tidy, professional and hard working. Thanks guys :)

Highly recommend, had a back door fitted a couple of weeks ago and I'm very pleased with it. The joiner that fitted it ( john ) was very pleasant and done an excellent job.

My Aunts Windows were fitted in Feb 2021 and have had problems with all of the front windows ever since as it hasn’t been sealed properly. She has been in contact several times had someone out twice, however the issue remains, that you can hear everything from outside which shouldn’t be the case for triple glazing. Several further appointments were arranged however never showed up. Gary who has taken my aunts calls is most unhelpful and the company have now blocked her and her friends number so is unable to get this resolved. The matter is now being taken to trading standards. Avoid at all costs

Delighted with the speed and efficiency of the installation of this very large window. The guys were helpful and obliging and cleared up well afterwards.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. MY FAMILY HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET A PART FOR MONTHS NOW, TO NO AVAIL. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SHOCKING, ESPECIALLY 'GARY' WHO IS RUDE, ARROGANT, UNHELPFUL AND WOULD BENEFIT FROM SOME TRAINING ON HOW TO BE A DECENT HUMAN BEING. HE DOES NOT LISTEN, WILL NOT PASS ME ON TO A MANAGER AND IS HOLDING UP A FAMILY FROM MOVING INTO THEIR NEW HOME. ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY ITS GAME OVER. NO RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMER AND APPALLING AFTER SERVICE.

Yes windows are great but dealing with some of the admin is horrible and ruined it for me. Forgot to fix end caps, rather than come out offer small discount that wouldn't cover materials, told them to take more off or fit and got some snarky text messages from them. Asked for warranty and was provided a meaningless bit of paper with nothing on it. No description of what it meant etc. Apparently first person to ask for this. Emails from people from random google accounts, had to request it to be sent from a company email, just for my protection prior to paying- this is a shock? Guy that fitted the front door asked to wait 5 minutes so I could remove tiles, walked off and in the end left a massive gap, had to run out and get liquid cement, else I would have been water in my house. No apology for this- blame me as the fitters are busy. Father and son team are amazing- hope you get them.

Avoid this company at all cost! I have cancelled my contact after I have seen all these negative reviews. Eight days and my £800 deposit still not arrived to my account. I have called the company to receive an update and apparently nobody knew I have cancelled the contract! After i sent my cancellation form I have been offered extra door free of charge, but I refused to accept them and informed the company the day later. Still, when I was on the phone with the company, they "though I still speak to Colin about it". I have been apologized on the phone and i left my card details - they told me I will receive a refund between 24-48 hours. Literally 10 minutes later I have received a phone call from a company (lady this time) who asked me why I want my deposit back. I kindly explained her that I cancelled and the next question was "why?!". I said why - her answer was "OH MY GOD" (like, excuse me?!). I didn't like the manner I have been spoken to, I asked for the lady's name and she refused to give me her name. Then she said I will get my money back in 10 days, while 10 min before Ive been told 24 to 48 hours! Still have not received my money. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!
