Peppermint Salon – sheffield

I have had the 3D Lipo treatment at Peppermint salon and it has been amazing. I have lost inches and my skin looks 100 times better than it did before, I am thrilled with the results. Hollie, my therapist is wonderful and talked me through the procedure and explained everything in depth. The aftercare service I have received has been brilliant too. I would recommend the 3D Lipo treatment for sure and absolutely recommend the salon. Thank you Hollie!

I came here for a pamper party in August and could not recommend it enough! The customer service was great from the initial enquiry right through to the party. The treatments were excellent quality, and the staff were great and made it a fun friendly experience. We all loved it and I will definitely be coming back after lockdown. Thanks 😊

purchased a groupon voucher a couple of weeks ago and went straight onto the link provided on groupon to take me to the website. I had paid for a full body massage and facial. Never had either before. I followed the directions through the website, and made my choice from the options available. Arrived, had the procedure which was lovely. At reception I showed my voucher to scan and was told this cannot be used for this. She then went to get the Manager who didn't listen to my explanation of how id booked it. She was extrenely rude and abrupt, telling me I shouldn't have booked it. I explained I just clicked on an option that was available online and surely there is a glitch with the system. She said never mind, she scanned my voucher and said '' just go '' Now I know that in business mistakes happen, but there is no excuse for speaking to clients like this! I genuinely made a mistake, with absolutely no intention to deceive anyone. Lovely polite girl doing the massage. Very poor management. What a shame, completely spoiled the experience. Would not recommend.

I had 2 treatments done by Holly & they were wonderful. I had a hot stone massage and a facial. The salon in immaculate and the staff are kind and professional. Holly is very talented! Will definitely be going back!

I loved the service itself but was very put off by their up-selling methods during the massage - it kind of destroys the mood. I took the offer but when I went to pay what I bought extra, they said they don't take cards on transactions below £15 (which of course was not pointed out during the service and I find is laughable in this day and age). I was asked to take money out of the cash machine across the road but on that day I only had my credit card with me. So I was forced to withdraw from that which looks pretty bad on your credit score.

Katie and the team are lovely, professional and excellent at what they do. I’m a regular and every visit I’m impressed at their fantastic service and how they go above and beyond to ensure you leave happy. The salon itself is pristine and I always look forward to my visit. 10/10 can’t recommend enough!

We had an evening of private hire. There were 9 of us and everyone had a brilliant time. We could take our own drinks and nibbles, and staff offered us all hot drinks when we arrived. Each of us had booked two treatments each and everyone enjoyed what they'd booked. The staff were so friendly and professional, and did a brilliant job! Thank you.

Such lovely staff and I felt very welcome with good value for money. BUT it is a shame that they double dip wax. Not good for hygiene reasons, especially for bikini areas. They need to improve their hygiene practices.
