Waited 5 minutes in the queue, got to the front and was told to wait another 5 minutes aside just to collect a parcel whilst the guy served everyone else. Couldn't even get a card I needed in the meantime because the stock was so poor.

Been using the Penny Lane Post Office quite a lot of late and I must admit that the customer service is absolutely brilliant. Friendly, helpful and just going above and beyond the call of duty. Special shout out to Ellen and staff for all the assistance today in tracking a parcel. Charles.

Online mail redirection was useless so went to my local postoffice . Mr Faizel and Mrs Ellen behind the counter were wonderful, friendly and helpful. Boycott the Post office online services and get a better service in person

I use this post office all the time, the staff are lovely, but couldn’t believe how friendly helpful and genuine the lady Ellen is who works behind the counter is, she always does help me, but she went beyond her care of duty today helping us sort out are package, wonderful lady, and is a credit to work for the post office, thank you so much for all your help, and myself and family wish you all a Merry Christmas.

Used to be good with nice, friendly staff. Think it’s new owners now and it couldn’t be more different. Any time I or anyone I know has had to go in, the staff nowadays could not be more unhelpful and rude.

Two days in a row I have came to this post office 20 minutes before a scheduled 9:20 bus to work (for the 9am open of the store) and both days the staff have arrived late, opening the shutters after 9 and not allowed anyone in until at least 9:15am. I only have a short window to get to the post office so you would expect it to be open at 9am, not for staff to arrive and prep the store at 9am! Quite disappointing and it’s both days left a queue of people outside waiting
