What a beautiful experience! The staff were friendly and professional and made us feel comfortable and relaxed. The hot springs were great. The whole experience in the dining room was superb. The meal was delicious. We then had a massage and facial and came out feeling so relaxed, hydrated and the girls Janice and Maria were very friendly, professional, gentle and discreet. I can't wait to go back there

Honestly I am so confused. I don't even like baths this much and this morning I felt dreadful and after four hours at the hot springs I feel relaxed, light, optimistic and happy. I have no idea why. There are lots of warm baths. They are nice but why do they make me feel so good??? Maybe it's the minerals in the water. Maybe it's the pizza or the wine. But wow. I feel so good???!!! Unfortunately it loses one star because the dressing gowns get really wet over time (maybe they could offer a free swap service?) and because the hilltop bath should be higher (no view when you're in it) and like five times as big. I will be back.

I quite enjoyed this experience. It is tough with the rains and they should consider despite us booking on the day of wet weather, some sort of food compensation or monetary compensation. We booked two weeks in advance but unfortunately for us, the weather did not care for this. So when went in, everyone was evacuated and forced to stay in a huge group indoors and out of the water which stressed us out due to rising COVID cases at the time. With the burst of 2 hours of sun we got, we ran through the place. There's so much to do at this place. Definitely try the fire and ice section of going from the dry sauna to the ice cold pool and feel your muscles love it. You won't but your body will. I loved the 40 degree heat and especially in the cave. Going all the way to the hilltop was also nice but the view honestly is not that great. You feel on top of the world but I think I would like to have tried something more personal later on. 4/5 for quite the first time experience and only getting 2 hours of time when we paid for the full adds to this.

I love the whole experience here! Visited here 3 times so far and have the most relaxing time every single time. The view at the top is amazing and at the night time when all the lights come on its more relaxing. We really liked how the path was set out too. You can come down and enjoy good pizza and a muffin. Great way to get away and enjoy the day. Definitely will be coming back more in years to come (Photos from 3 years ago) 2022 Update: We came back again for the Moonlit Bathing and our whole experience from the walk in to when we left was exceptional. Chris who was the night shift duty manager I believe, was so accommodating and kindly explained to us everything we asked. Pizza, drinks, and total relaxation. Thank you Chris and the Peninsula Hot Springs Team!

Beautiful experience! I got a spa experience for two for my birthday. I chose a massage with our hot springs bathing. We bathed first, in a number of the pools. Some of them were super hot. So good. I was too nervous to try the cold plunge pool but people seemed to like it. The hour long massage was next. We waited in a relaxation room in robes and drank green tea and water. The massage itself was so relaxing. I think I nodded off. I wish it went for longer. While we were there we also had a hot drink and a snack in the cafe. It did get a little busy around midday. Going early was better. I’d definitely go back again.
