I gave them my clothes because I saw good reviews about the service, but when I took back my clothes I saw that there was some holes in all of them that before I had never seen, i tried to speak with the stuff but they were rude and unkind, I changed dry clean after this experience.

I would post a picture of my ripped trousers but I can't. My only mistake was not checking on my clothes upon receiving them. I needed to use them and saw my ties shredded. Paid £32 for 3 pieces of clothing. Not worth it.
