Friendly, welcoming service. Great knowledge and always very helpful. Best post office in Manchester. There is a shop inside separate to the post office but sells all of the essentials and many goodies perfect for family nights in.

Well giving it a one star is more than it deserves, never have a met people who work with the public so so rude, they all need lessons on people skills. It's obvious that they don't like their jobs, well if that's the case let someone else have it. I could go on and on but I've better things to do than waste more time on people like them.

Just rude and no service skills in shop or post office. So slow but make out you're the hold up and moan. Feel like everytime I have to go somethings an issue whether its buying something/posting/collecting. Not worth the hassle.

Only go because we live down the road BUT if there was another, closer option I wouldnt step foot in here. They are a family, mother, father and daughter and they are the rudest, most unhelpful people ever. I am going to report them to the post office as this is not how to run their brand or franchise but rather ruin it. Everything is an issue, eye rolls, moans, short tempers and speak to you like you're stupid. Everything is an issue, even more so if they are not earning much or anything from something they dont want to know ie - if you have a different parcel they dont take, they say 'dont know where you should take it' when they clearly do, they run a damn post office and must get asked 10 times daily. Always trying to upsell too and overcharges for postage. Book using online services, much cheaper.

Excellent post office and very kind staff. Always friendly (which is good) and I have no problem waiting. I’m always served very quickly but if their busy I would not blame them for it like other small minded reviewers. I recently had my passport checked and sent and I got I back in 2 weeks. This was amazing. This took time as they had to check my form and send it to make sure it was correct. They worked quickly. However, there was a very rude “lady” behind me who shouted I was taking too long. The checking procedure takes time and I would rather they checked it thoroughly which they did. I imagine the majority of negative reviews are fake or from impatient, common people like the fat rude blonde woman behind me. Anyway, I think the post office is open around 9am - 6pm on weekdays. The staff in both shop and post office are beyond helpful. I imagine they have to deal with rather common and unruly customers daily. I would ignore negative feedback as I and many others have gone to this post office without issue. Clearly others agree with me as this post office is busier than others because of the knowledge and great service they have. I have been multiple times and never had a complaint about it. I have been shocked by the attitudes of many other customers who enter and demand service before others because they cannot wait in a queue. The problem is not the post office but the class of some consumers, who are clearly very common, judging by their reviewer photos and command of English language (or lack of). The shop is rather large and separate from the post office. The shop has quite a varied selection and do all the essentials and also frozen food. They tend to have fresh warburtons bread nearly every day and I find on Monday they have restocked the shelves with even more goodies. I think the shop is open much later. The shop and the post office are separate so I would not expect the shop side to know information on parcels etc (as some silly people might). Standard trading practices don't apply. Overcharged for items (large letters sent as parcels) and when queried, customer is met with repugnance.

Horrible man and woman that serve in the post office and shop - the old man cant do his simple job and has disgusting attitude !! Very arrogant it knocks me sick. Will be letting everyone know to stay away from this , very very rude horrible people.

Incompetent to do his post job, arrogant with customers, I will never use this post office.

Been going to this post office for 20 years never have any problems
