Pendeford Health Centre – Dr Vij & Partners wolverhampton

Ring at 8am they never answer 50 calls later and saying it's closed ... I am a pregnant women needing a appointment please don't bother ....

Without fail i leave this Doctors crying. I have been with dr vijs pendeford branch for years now as I've grew up in that area. And they continuously keep disappointing me. There's been a few incidents and i keep giving them the benefit of the doubt. 1st one i asked for a repeat prescription of My contraception pill and they accidentally gave me Anti-depressants by miatake I think that this was a very careless mistake as I took one of the Anti-depressants when i got home thinking it was my contraception pill and didn't feel right. 2nd incident they had called my sister and said her prescription was ready and stated what the medication was but it wasn't for her it was for me so they had disclosed my personal information to my sister over the phone. My sister had to state that medication was not for her as she didn't need this then they realised it was for me and not her and apologised to her. Also continuous times I have been there and they keep saying only one concern for 1 appointment (10 minutes max) Well today was the final straw for me as I had called for an appointment in the morning and stated I have 2 very important issues I would like to discuss and the receptionist said that is fine, i take my son out of school early to make this appointment on time. I go in and I discuss a concern regarding an operation I had recently had, and the 2nd concern was I had found a lump behind my ear which i have been worrying about as its how my dad found his lymphoma cancer lump behind his ear And I just wanted doctor to quickly feel the lump To reasure me if I should be concerned or not she refused and said only one issue appointment (10 minutes allowed only). She had only spent at max 8 minutes with me regarding my 1st concern So I had to go home with the same concern as this is the same cancer my dad passed away with. They refused to check the lump And Lymphoma cancer can also be genetic. They told me come back next week. I live quiet a distance from that doctors now as i have moved area and it is very hard to get a appointment as u have to start calling from 8:30am and its a first come first serve. There was only me and 2 other people in the waiting room today they wasnt busy it didnt come across as overwhelmed. I sat waiting and waiting There to be called to be seen and there call out screen wasnt working either. So i sat waiting there for no reason considering i checked in at main desk. Once again the NHS fail us and still continue to fail us at such worrying times during a pandemic where peoples mental health has been tested to an extent. I have 2 young children 6yrs old and 2yrs old that need there mother im 28 years old. There are further incidents i wish not disclose on here out of respect, however i will be contacting CQC and i will be speaking to the express and star. Today is the day i have asked to leave that surgery and for good as it has been nothing but a living nightmare.

Dr.vij needs to stop running so many surgery's and giving out attitude.
