Did my exam at Taitec Manchester. This place is dirty, dingy, tatty no air con, 10 people crammed into a small room, the exam invigilator was stressed and unpleasant. It's shocking that Pearson Vue accepts this as a standard for testing with their Brand name

if you are here searching for PEARSON CENTRE - SALFORD for car driving theory test,then please go towards the roundabout for Outlet mall service yard near Sovereign Point building (theory test centre is on ground floor ,outside entrance of building) ... i was almost gonna miss the test

Staff refused to provide a paper copy tax table and factfind for my LIBF Advanced Financial Advice exam on April 13th 2017 - despite the fact I was clearly entitled to them according to my exam briefing abd coursework guidance. The invigilator gave me a "couldn't-care-less, don't know what you mean" shrug of his shoulders and then casually supervised me whilst I sat a very stressful 3 hour, 5000 word exam without the materials I was entitled to. This has potentially cost me a very expensive exam resit fee. Disgusting and unprofessional treatment of exam candidates.

DO NOT USE PEARSON VUE I cancelled and asked for a refund for my sons theory test mid March. I received notification 2 days later confirming it was cancelled and I would receive a refund in 7 - 10 working days. We are now in May and I am still waiting for the refund. I have chased numerous times via email and phone. After being on hold for 15 mins the line goes dead. Customer service is non existent. Shameful behaviour.

After being made to reschedule 3 times then an hour drive with my full term pregnant other half! I've been refused my test because I was 5minutes late... Honestly you people should be ashamed of yourselves! Get yourselves in order because your charging people half a day's work who have had no choice but to work through this pandemic while you sat at home getting paid for the pleasure. Bare in mind the building was practically empty when I got there. Astounded at the manner by which I was treated by the receptionist and can not stress enough how disappointing that this is allowed to happen.

My son was given a rescheduled driving theory test due to covid lockdown. The message just said Pearson Vue, no address or contact number or even an email. I called them 2 times after finding a test centre by that name on Google. I wanted see if it's the usual Salford Quays test centre and was told I couldn't be helped by somebody who couldn't speak good english. I was given a number that didnt even ring. So I'm hoping that it is the usual Salford test centre as the customer service is rubbish and will not be paying for another test if he misses it because your company lack simple communication!
