I needed some thermal paste for my CPU in a minor emergency and these guys had some for sale (the really good stuff at that!). Very friendly and helpful staff that know what they're doing. Only complaint (and it is minor and is quite definitely my fault) is that they can be a little hard to find if you're not looking properly (as I found out). Now that I know where they are, I'll probably use them again.

Have several computers and have had issues over the last twelve months with all of them. I have used Jeremy and the team at PC Dial for the repairs and they have done a great job. Although they are not Mac specialists they understand hardware and how to replace it and take it apart and more importantly put it back together again. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend PC Dial!

PC Dial were very helpful when my hard drive failed, they had my computer up and running again with in a day, all of my data was recovered and it was like new again! I would have no issues recommending them to anyone, they made the explanations simple to someone who has no idea about computers and have done a really good job. Many Thanks!

First class IT support. For the last ten years Jem and his team have looked after my 10 workstation network. I always get excellent prompt service whether it is an installation, breakdown or just incompetent user issues. I could not recommend PC Dial more highly.

We had a power cut and our PC would not reboot. Since we hadn't done a back up, we were really anxious that we had lost everything - documents, pictures, emails. Shaun at PC Dial quickly identified that we needed a new hard drive and he managed to retrieve all our data. In addition he advised on proper back up processes which we should put in place. The customer experience from start to finish was excellent - great communication every step of the way and very good value. I would definitely recommend.
