Was a pleasure renting my flat from Pavilion Properties. My flat was in great condition and moving in and out went smoothly without hiccup. I would strongly recommend using them. Chris and the team were great!

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THESE PEOPLE. My friends and I regret ever having stepped foot in Pavilion Properties. Not only is the entire team completely unorganised, they also have absolutely no sense of customer care or even basic manners. We've had them hang up the phone on us multiple times - completely unprovoked - after speaking like stroppy teenagers who can't be bothered to do their jobs. They also like bombarding you with unnecessary messages every few days, which is SO fun. Cheers for making our experience memorably annoying and unpleasant.

Pavilion Properties are responsible for managing the letting of a number of flats in a house in my street. I am very concerned about the state of the building. I have contacted the company twice but the building is still in a very poor state. Things have been like this for the last five years. Pity the poor tenants.
