Friendly, quick, quality service at a good price. I took my cracked rose gold wedding ring in to be repaired. Pavilion Diamond did a wonderful job. The repair is invisible and my ring is polished - it looks like new! And all for a reasonable price. I was so pleased that I immediately left my engagement ring with the jeweller for a clean and polish too. Now they both look wonderful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I went in today with a friend who made a purchase, I have worked in the trade for years and found the staff here knowledgeable and helpful. They accommodated his questions and he left very happy. GREAT SERVICE wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Bought an engagement ring from here and they were all very helpful easy to deal with. And then getting it resized was no problem and then even getting my own ring resized wasn't a problem. Very friendly helpful staff would highly recommend.

This store ruined my vintage diamond engagement ring. I paid them twice to fix broken prongs after they failed to fix it the first time. They set the diamond back in crooked so now the prongs have broken again. Very bad customer service. Avoid.

At first pavilion diamond were super friendly, professional and we ended up with a beautiful engagement ring! However, after only 6 weeks of having the ring we noticed a stone was missing. We contacted pavilion diamond and they were happy to help...GREAT :)! They fixed it for us but tried to charge a price that was over double what they had quoted us which we were not happy with. In the end we settled on a price and they sent the ring back to us. When the ring returned within 5 HOURS of having the ring back yet ANOTHER stone was missing. Our ring was not cheap and I am supposed to wear this for the rest of my life yet I can’t even have it for 3 months without losing multiple diamonds. We contacted pavilion diamond again only to be ignored. A few days passed so we emailed again and we were met with a very sarcastic phone call that was no help at all. We were planning on buying our wedding rings from here too but that will not be happening now. We are now having to find a goldsmith that is happy to help and check all of the claws and stones to make sure that they are fixed into place...which is what pavilion diamond had promised they had done TWICE! My dream was to have an engagement ring from the lanes in brighton and after many trips to and from brighton all the way from Cambridge the dream was made a reality. Now we wish we hadn’t bothered.
