Utterly useless customer service. The assistant isn't allowed to leave the desk unless there's two of them. So if you actually want to buy a PAIR of shoes, rather than just the one they have out, you can't. They can however ship them out to you later (at your own expense). How on earth do they sell anything.

The service I received from Nicky at Yarnton store was exceptional After having Hip surgery and a back injury she was very supportive and considerate even to getting down to help me on with the footwear!! She was truly a Star ⭐️
