Had a beef sandwich which was nice; carrots gave it a bit of a crunch and horseradish had a bit of a kick to it which I liked, but the poppy seed bread that it was served in felt rock solid. However all the food is freshly prepared each day and they bake their own bread as well as pastries. Interior was nice and had a rustic feel to it which matches the Paul brand, also it was fairly easy to locate as it's right on the high street.

Personalised cakes look great but the Craquant Cake had far too much sugar in it. Disgustingly sweet. I don't know why they do that. It doesn't taste good and sugar is a health hazard.

Unfortunately I can’t comment on the food as the service was very rude so I went elsewhere. I asked a very simple question about if they filled the croissants or they were only available plain and the girl didn’t speak to me once and literally just pointed at the plain croissants.

I was refused service by this cafe because I was only able to pay in cash but they said they would only take a card payment. It’s so embarrassing. Please, can you sort it out and start accepting cash again - the pandemic is no longer a valid reason to do this!!!

Easily accessible location. A small sit out area and indoor seating as well. Freshly baked at store and amazing pastries.

I called to make an enquiry regarding my collection order, I spoke to Christina who was very nice understanding and accommodating with our dietary requirements, I will definitely be recommending Paul Richmond to others Thank you
