Fantastic experience- Paul is the best therapist I’ve found in Brighton. I prefer firm pressure For a sports massage & he really listens to what you want. Amazing value for money- always gives the full hour (sometimes more!) & I always leave feeling 100% better than when I went in. Fully recommend

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Paul has got everything just right. I have only had one treatment with Paul so far

5/ 5

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Paul has got everything just right. I have only had one treatment with Paul so far and can already tell he is the best therapist around for me. He is the best out of the 10 or so therapists across the country over the last 10 years I have had treatments from, and they were almost all very good! Paul seamlessly and confidently integrates the treatment with your wider health and wellbeing, is meticulous and expert in the detail and theory underlying what he does, identifies and focuses on key areas intuitively, and has created a first-rate environment and experience. I feel confident that seeing Paul will enhance my sport - running and cycling, and day-to-day aches and pains in general. Throw in too the fact that he is incredibly engaging, interesting, professional and enjoyable to be around. And also including that the massage feels amazing, even the essential painful bits..! Thank you Paul for the way you work and I am looking forward to the next treatment already. Whether you are thinking of massage for something sport specific or general well-being, I wholeheartedly recommend Paul Grosse Therapies. 5 Stars for Sure ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
