Great service, clean store with excellent customer service. Tasty cakes and chocolate brownie ice cream. Pot of tea was nice and strong. Toilet facilities top notch and very clean. Accessible toilets and baby changing facilities available. All day breakfast items also available. Recommend a visit.

I like PV. Good service and good quality food. Often pop in for a coffee and papers. Sadly the latter is not there now?

Used to be our favourite place for brunch. The chef has forgotten how to make runny eggs but seems to have developed a soft spot for hard boiled eggs.

Hope they don't shut patisserie valerie as it's enjoyable in here ! Cakes on display look great, mind u check the calories. To take away is cheaper as I understood..so,why pay more! Two lovely ladies to serve u and what's interesting they floating around doing everything, selling cakes, make coffee, table and food service, well done ! Porridge is nicely presented with banana&blueberry and honey, is just yummy ! The carrot cheesecake is good too. Wasn't busy at this visit but still pleasurable Good luck !

Popped in here with my mother, grandparents, auntie and cousin while visiting another cousin. It serves absolutely cake which went perfectly with my Ice Tea. All around great experience. Thank you to the waiter for helping my family and I with our cake decisions. Xx

Beautiful afternoon tea today with the most wonderful service from very attentive and helpful staff. We had the loveliest experience, thank you.

Very average chocolate cake and tea. The cake priced at the exorbitant price of £5. I was expecting something special for that price but I have has better from the supermarket. Overpriced 'milkshake' too which seemed to be nesquik. Wouldn't be rushing back. Earl Grey tea didn't taste like Earl Grey either....

Had lunch hallomi salad.only 3 pieces of cheese it wasnt nice at all the cheese was like rubber.not filling .i left feeling very hungry. Nobody asked if my food was ok. And you can only pay by card which is not good and nobody told me

All the desserts look amazing so I've expected more quality for them but I've got disappointed. The cakes have too much sugar, it is all sugar. Also, you can feel too much salt 🧂 on them. They are also dry, I finished my coffee and coke trying to eat the cake... If we will repeat someday will be to have a good coffee ( it's really good) and because of how the personal treat us, but not for the cafe.
