If I could give zero I would. I placed an important order with my home prescription order for appliances for my stoma for which was for stoma bags etc. I was expecting a delivery today but after phoning the delivery company they said they didn't get the prescription from the surgery until this morning. So I have to wait another 2-3 days before I get the items. Don't the surgery realise these items are extremely important. I feel like the surgery don't care about their patients. If I could change to a different surgery I would but it seems most surgerys are joing pathfields so nothing will change. Come on pathfields get your act together and start thinking about your patients and their needs. 😡
