Patcham Garage – MOT, Servicing & RAC Approved Dealership brighton

My first time using Patcham Garage as I was recommended to use them by a family member. Put my car in for a full service. They gave me great advice on possible issues going forward and they were able to sort them out on the day after a quick call to explain and confirm I wanted the work done. All done and sorted within a matter of hours. I will definitely be returning for all future car issues.

Restores your confidence in car owning. Polite, quotes stuck to and advised on cost beforehand of broken wheel sensor. I had ignored the warning lights thinking perhaps the battery was low...Quickly, next morning, returned repaired, serviced and mot'd car. Happy friendly team and will visit again.

I am from Germany and was with my VW bus camper and my wife on honeymoon two years ago until we had a problem with our camper in Brighton and did not get any further. The AA towed us off and brought us to Patcham Garage which helped us a lot, we were even allowed to camp with our camper on the property. Conclusion A very helpful workshop

I really dislike using new garages as many are dishonest and overcharge, but finding Patcham garage restored my faith. Chris went out of his way to make sure my car was safe to drive and get through its MOT. He even picked up my car as I could not get in before they closed to make sure I never missed the 10 day deadline to get it passed. I really reccomend this garage they are totally sound.

No matter whether its a service an MOT or just a general issue the service is top drawer and speedy. Kris is friendly and very professional doesn't mess around gets the issue resolved ASAP and at a very reasonable price. Couldn't wish for a better garage within a stones throw of home. Highly recommended!!!

Honest and transparent, good value and professional! First experience was over the phone about my tyre pressure light - helpful and willing to give advice for free. Someone took the time to talk me through everything. Second experience, after hearing from my brother in law that he uses them for his cars, I booked my MOT and service. Ended up cheaper than quoted as my car had a lifetime filter so they deduced cost of that part from the bill! Then very flexible and helpful when I needed to pick up late after work. My other half has since gone to them and also had a excellence customer service experience. More businesses should take example from Patcham Garage!

Booked my car in for MOT online, but somehow it was not recorded. They fitted me in anyway, and easily coped with the fact I had a hospital procedure on the same day, so couldn't collect it. Will definitely use them for servicing etc in future. Highly recommended.

I drive a landrover and I needed my MOT and quick fit refused due to the "size" of my car. I luckily stumbled across this garage and OMG what a great find. Failed its mot and needed a load of labour intensive work done. Lee one of the mechanics really stepped up and beyond to get me my car back even though she had been fighting with him all day. I considered not writing this review so as to make sure I could keep this gem to myself.....

Our local good old family run business. Friendly, caring, no matter what sort of works, I can honestly recommend to any one, with high stranded quality work, the staff so friendly, helpful, go for an extra miles. During locked times their service was the same, efficient, realisability workmanship the same. I give 5 stars. Three cheers to our local Patcham Garage.
