Excellent day care nursery for pre-schoolers based in central Cambridge

I highly recommend Patacake nursery. The staff is very welcoming and caring. Both of my children went to pre-school for a year and loved all the variety of activities and specially the games in the outdoors area.

We highly, highly recommend Patacake. Our youngest has been with them since he was 7 months old and his older brother was with them from 1 year to years old. Our eldest still loves going back to see the staff. The staff in all the rooms are kind, welcoming and have such clearly positive bonds with the children in their care. This has been so helpful in easing any anxiety about sending our two to nursery at such a relatively young age. The range of learning activities each room provides everyday is amazing and it's great to see our youngest using the sign language he's been taught to say please and thank you. Staff give considered feedback at the end of everyday and the management have been really great at keeping us up to date with weekly newsletters and ideas for activities to do at home to build on what's being done during the day. Overall an amazing place to send your kids.

I’ve worked at this nursery for nearly a year now! The staff we’re so welcoming along with the management team who were also welcoming and always there to help.. The opportunities the children have are incredible from amazing activities to staff who always put the children first! on a day to day basis you can see how much a child develops with the various toys and activities that are on offer and the support they receive from the staff to thrive and achieve there best possible outcome. Patacake Day Nursery is all about happy children, where a range of learning experiences provided mean that children are engaged, enthusiastic, imaginative and curious to find out more, as they develop a love of learning and exploring. I Highly recommend this nursery!

I am father of two children one 3yrs and one under 1yrs at this nursery. I highly recommend this nursery has so many learning opportunities for my children. The staff are very supportive and caring. They all seem very enthusiastic and always greeted with a smile on their faces which helps with difficult drop off.This such a wonderful place to put your children in. 5* in my eyes.
