Avoid the photo passport machine ! Just wasted £5 for 4 passport photos , the booth is ancient and does not work right, it keeps repeating the your head is not lined up which will drive you crazy, then when it says it's correct out popped the photos which were anything but correct , the booth belongs in a junk shop or in the scrap yard , complete waste of my £5 which i will never get back, feel i have been conned , my advice go to Morrisons supermarket they have a great modern photo booth that will take perfect passport photos and you get five photos not four like Partick post office dinosaur of a machine !

Been there twice at 9am, staff arrived late and office opened only at 9:15, with a long queue of people waiting outside. Some staff are also unfriendly and pretty slow. Also closed most of the weekend. I suggest the Hyndland branch, much better.

The BRP pick up station in the post office has the longest queue. You can stand in the rain for over an hour even if the line ahead has only 4 people. My advice: When asked if you have a UK mobile number, always say yes. And when asked about which service you are using, always say Jif Jaf. For the sake of going home and the sakes of your fellow queuers soaking outside in the rain. How this is allowed by postal office service is beyond me.

If you need a perfect example for the worst possible customer service, then please proceed to Partick post office for BRP collection. The guy who handles the BRP delivery is a psycho. He is a narcissist and finds pleasure in making customers(especially BRP collection customers) queue outside the post office for hours and hours in inclement weather. I've personally witnessed people going to faint after waiting in rain for 3 hours for BRP collection. In the 3 hours I waited there, only 5 people could collect BRP. Anyone waiting after 3pm must leave(even if they were waiting for hours). While servicing (or harassing) a BRP customer, he will ask them lot of personal questions and offer them his services to any potential problems they may face while in UK. He acts like he's the Home Office minister. Many poor souls disclose personal information thinking this is part of BRP collection. He's clearly violating UK data protection and privacy regulations doing so. He asks questions like 'where do you stay?, where you were doing after the expiry of your last UK visa?, are you planning to work part time?' etc. I wonder how the authorities allow such a person with psychiatric issues to handle this task and harass general public. To one poor guy who questioned him about his daughter waiting for 2.5 hours he replied, "you waited only 2 hours.. It's normally 4 hours. I've been doing this for many years". Just imagine the trauma he created for people coming to UK for first time. Please stay away from this place if you want to avoid the trouble and harassment.

The staff at this post office are very friendly and helpful! I have had an issue with my BRP that has been ongoing since the start of lockdown and I have had to contact this branch on a continual basis. They NEVER get frustrated with me and always try and help me to the utmost of their abilities. They offered advice on ways to rectify my issue at every turn of my saga. The staff have been been professional and also showed enormous empathy throughout my entire ordeal. I really appreciate all of the assistance and personal touches provided. You are a great credit to the Royal Mail! Thank you!!

The worst service offered by rude people that I have not ever experienced. I would say this is the first time in my life I write a bad review of a service. I would have given no star if I could have that option. I would not recommend someone this post office at least for collecting the BRP/residence permit. I had to wait there for 1.5 hour to pick up my residence card just because there was a guy skipped the waiting line, who should be served after at least 5 people. There are two lines for post and digital services. The man was in the line for post but then later requested the digital service when he got inside. He knew it must cost him more than an hour if he was in the line for digital service. I went inside and reported the case and asked for my turn. The thing is that, one of the two men, who is serving the post service and free at that moment, ignored my concerns and tried to lecture me that as a rule I should follow and be in the line for digital service until I am called. What could be the rule here if they allow someone breaking their rule and were not willing to offer a solution for a customer. No one cannot understand such logic behind their saying, which makes you feel like you have to accept it if later you want your thing be done. I would recommend not using this post office at least for the residence permit picking-up service. How is about other services? Please look up the previous comments for the answer.
