It's 8:15...They opened at 8 and had none of the pastries or pastys ready. When I asked why all the shelves were empty, the response was "well we only opened at 8 so nothing has finished cooking yet"....If you're open at 8, surely you should be ready to start selling at 8? Every other food establishment in the world has understood this simple practice. Get the food ready to sell, by the time you open. I'm mad because she should have just apologised and said they woke up late. I would have understood that. We can all wake up late sometimes. But to use such a pathetic excuse is bewildering.

Normally no complaints about this branch of Parsons, but last Saturday, the staff could have done with some more coffee training. I ordered a cappuccino but she way over boiled the milk. I took it back and told her this was the case, showed her the lack of foam on top, what I was suggesting was that she made me another one. However, she just heated the already overboiled milk some more and poured a bit of the foam on top. Very disappointing.
