lovely facility staff courteous and helpful to a degree but stock shown very limited only 2 hair pieces. No mention of negatives to wearing items and very expensive after comparing to other retailers. Item then unsuitable as too heavy and clips cause hair damage and synthetics allergic reaction. No response when asked for help re this.

I was very anxious going for my wig today, just one week into chemo treatment. Melanie was my consultant and treated me with such sensitivity and care. The consultation was private and professionally conducted. Melanie herself demonstrated knowledge of stock and keen listening skills. At no point did I feel rushed or embarrassed. I would recommend this supplier without hesitation.

Went for a wig consultation & the service & staff were fantastic. Went through a number of wigs & styles and eventually decided on the one for me. Had to be ordered, was told would take approximately a week or so & would receive a call to let me know. No call was ever received so called in, was informed it was ordered and would arrive in hopefully another week and they would call. Never received a call, as such took my business elsewhere. Was such a shame as the initial consultation was fantastic.

Melanie and the team are just fantastic, make you feel so welcome and relaxed, always remember who you are. They are just amazing at what the do.

Parruche is the standard that other wig boutiques should live up to. The salon is beautiful, plush, discreet and confidential - the staff are supportive, expertly knowledgeable, kind and patient. It is a true, swanky, high class salon experience and you leave them not only with the most perfect hair, but feeling great and smiling from ear to ear.

The girls at Parrucche do a fantastic job fitting wigs. They are so kind, it was a pleasure to be there. I should have put this review on sooner but due to chemotherapy reaction, I am doing it now. This is my second wig from Parrucche and Melanie and her team instil so much confidence that I came out feeling good about myself.

My mum has thinning hair due to her medications and has had for many years now. She used to have really thick hair so it is a shame it has become so thin. She is feeling self conscious so I suggested a wig consultation. They let her try on various wigs and listened to her comments about each one, and she ended up buying 2. She walked out with one on and looked so happy. My only criticism is that there were a few steps and my mum is not the most able when it comes to negotiating steps so this was difficult for her.
