Polite staff.attended to on time on several occassions that I visited. Happy to be under their care.

Only been at this doctors a year.. frustrating to say the least. Don’t even bother. Beeston hill is much better

Receptionist very rude and looks like she's the doctor.. Asking you why do you need the doctor for... Unbelievable man!!! I wish I could change surgery but it is the closest one to me and have no choice but to deal with it... I don't know why to wake up so early to be able and get an appointment with your 3 years old child been sick for 4 days and NO APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE! That's a joke man.... P**** off big time

I was quite pleased although I was seen by the nurse 20 minutes late but she had some unforseen issue with her last patient so I was OK with that There is plenty of parking here and the receptionist was nice and so was the nurse

They really need to change the receptionist not only is she ride but she thinks she's a doctor I called to book an appointment only not for her rude advise I felt really emotional after putting the phone down and it's not the 1st time there's review after review on how badly people have been treat by this receptionist so why is nothing been done ?

Horrible place. Stay away if you value your health. I lost mine there because of the dr Tahir and Dr Freya dismissive attitude. Simple UTR bacterial infection (could be cured with few antibiotics) turned into acute bacterial prostatitis and cyst on my kidney. I'm been told to go to psychologist because I'm imaging things but at the end I done few private consultations and test and bacteria is found.... Those GP should get their licence revoked. M.Zak

They need to sort the receptionist out !! Thinks she's a qualified doctor, my partner phoned for an appointment regarding pain in his leg and she told him she'll refer him for physio and told him to take paracetamol, my partner ended up at the hospital and needed surgery. Who does she think she is, refusing patients appointments either over the phone or face to face, she is NOT a gp and only needs to know the basic info so that she can fit you in with the correct gp. She's been like this for years and seriously needs either taking off reception or sacking, she's a complete joke !! She refused my 87 yr old grandmother an appointment 3 days later we lost my grandmother, had she had let us have an appointment with a gp my grandmother might still be here !!!!

So my practice sent me here to see nurse, never been before, got lost made me five mins late gave my name told to take seat half hour later has a word they said I had gone down as a did not attend cos I didn't use checking in machine ,absolutely useless

Absolutely terrible service where they leave people wait 20 minits on phone whit stupid song and finally you find out the doctors there are with out any experience and skills what don't tell you nothing more than what you all ready know or they looking help on a website

Am I able to speak to one of the branch managers please
