Morning receptionist is extremely rude! Clearly dislikes people who are not British! Absolutely shocking place to go! Avoid at all cost!

If there is zero star, I would give them zero. They don't help the community, plus they're not responsible as they lost my mother's test sample. They just steal from the NHS they should shut down this centre. Never switch to them, useless.

Very unprofessional staff. I work on reception desk at a dental practice and we have extremely strict rules on GDPR.We’d never discuss anything with a family member. The reception staff here, however, DO NOT understand patient confidentiality. They ring for a patient and if another family member answers, the staff start discussing medical details with them. It could be anyone. Do they get any training on GDPR or patient confidentiality? I wouldn’t say they’re rude but they are unprofessional in the way they speak to patients. Practice manager needs to flag this up!!!

Dr. A Azam and Other Doctor's are very nice...but reception staff are very rude...they don't know how to talk...!!
