I have an Abarth 595 competizione, i took my car in as it kept switching off. They said they fixed the car and they booked me for another appointment due to another fault. A day later the car starts switching off again, i called customer service abarth and told them about the issue, which they then said they will be liaising with the garage on my concerns. I told the customer service to let them know that i will be cancelling that appointment as i need to sort out the initial issue. I then tried to book to sort out the initial issue which they failed to repair successfully and i get told on the phone that:
“the manager isnt too happy with you as you failed to cancel the appointment, so he needs to decide wether he is happy and willing to take your car in, as he lost money returning the parts he ordered and he will get back to you in 2 days time on Monday as hes not in”
I was shocked to hear such a ridiculous statement, even though i had cancelled with them through customer service. Not only that first time I booked with them they failed to provide the courtesy car that they “booked” so i had to rearrange to another date.
Never will i use this terrible garage again! Stay away!
