GREAT DRS. HOWEVER shame they are surrounded by an iron curtain of a system. They aren't doing themselves any favours with this. It puts people off even trying to get an appointment. Any wonder Bradford is one of the unheathiest places in the country if this is how the Area Health operate. And this has been happening since long before covid! I should point out this review refers to Buttershaw Lane.

Really really bad here, the doctors are not very good, the reception are quite rude and and abrupt no sympathy or anything makes you wonder why they are in a job such as this. Doc says come after dinner for your meds after a heart attack, get there and told me to come back because the pharmacist is on their lunch, how long is lunch again? So the heart attack victim has to walk back home only to do it all again in an hour and a half. Unbelievable service here. Face to face appointment forget it like getting blood out of a stone.
