This was my first visit, definitely won't be my last. Cottage was spacious, bed was very comfortable, setting was beautiful - surrounded by big trees and lots of bird calls. Really enjoyed the included hot breakfast in the elegant dining room. It was a misty, atmospheric morning. Next time we'll take advantage of the spa treatments on offer.

Regardless of the weather, the air was really fresh. If you plan to travel to Blue Mountain, I recommend this place. We have a room for up to 3 people. The parking lot is convenient because it's right in front of the room, but you have to pay extra for Wi-Fi. Also, you have to make a reservation for breakfast at an extra charge, and there are no variety of breakfast menus And since there is not enough space in the room in the microwave oven or refrigerator, I recommend you to pack your snacks late at night.

To be sure, it is a really lovely accomodation on lovely grounds. But for what they charge for a night, they have fallen over on the basics. Let’s start with hospitality. Reception stuffed up the reservation insisting that it has been paid when we told them we haven’t. After check in, reservations called and asked us for payment including voucher numbers even though these were provided at the time of online booking. After what we thought was the end of an already bumpy check in, reception called asking us to go to the front desk to sort out the balance as they can’t process credit card payment over 100 over the phone. Firstly, reception already has credit card details at check in. Secondly, it seems somewhat unusual to hassle for upfront payment and even if it was required, I would expect reception to come to the room apologetically to fix it up. When asked for recommendations for dinner, reception said words to the effect of: there’s nothing around here, you’d have to search on Google maps or arrange delivery. Service at a youth hostel can easily beat service here.

Beautiful, intimate resort, perfect for whole Weddings or any special functions resort. Lovely garden surrounds and spacious park fir walking almost large enough for a 4 hole golf course. Very attentive n professional staff. Didn't quite understand the sheets coverage being a bit short . Excellent accommodation, we stayed in an upper level apartment.
