It's very competent and decent

I’ll be honest, they make the most with what they have, it’s not like they’re the target of a sudden sole government billion investment, they have their difficulties and honestly both management and staff manage just fine. Some people get upset when their unreasonableness is met with reason and I must say, I have never been failed by them. If I need something, they’re there. I trust them, which is saying a lot, I’ve been registered with this practice for over 6 years and within that time they have been exemplary, professional and fair. It’s just really this simple, it is about you but it’s not all about you, someone else may need it more, if you’re leaving bad reviews it’s more often that not because you lack consideration, not because they do. Feel safe, be safe.

Possibly the worst GP. When you call it will take over 30 mins to get through to anyone. If you are one of those people that call the doctor when you're needing help then you had better have a back up plan. They never have any appointments available unless you call at 08.00.30 and if that means you are left without support for your medical issue then so be it. Im currently on my 32nd minute of HOLD. Some doctors can be very rude too. Now that appointments are over the telephone, some doctors are very dismissive and pedantic regarding pain. They don't believe it's real - yet I asked for PT and had strong painkillers thrown at me anyway. This place is not here to support you. Chose another GP.
