They have been very helpful. I came in today and asked for an appointment. Although they said they where full Dr. Nathan found a spot for me. Last week they call me 4 times to keep me updated and results from my blood test. They didnt leave it as it was important. Dr.Nathan has been especially helpful. Thank you.

I've been a patient here for about 15 years if not longer. I have never had a problem with getting an appointment at some point because i do it mostly on line and if i do ring up for 1 it is just after 8am when it's the best time to ring. Yes there can sometimes be a wait but what do you expect when they've got hundreds of patients on their books. I can also ask for a call back from the doctor if there isn't any need to go to the surgery. The receptionist's are friendly and have been very helpful. You have to understand that they need to ask questions when needing an appointment, they don't do it for the sake of it, it's their job to ask. The nurses are good and so are the doctors i have seen. When Dr Gould left there was a change in the doctors but now i'd say after a couple of years things have settled down again and the doctors that are there now are great. There's a couple of female doctors now which is good.

I'm only giving them one star because I don't have the option to give them zero! I am a new patient and have never been able to get an appointment... I am disabled and have Joint hyper mobility syndrome and have injured my shoulder and they still won't give me an appointment. Receptionist is rude and constantly tries to talk over to you... I will be moving surgeries and I certainly wouldn't recommend it

Rude reception staff. I wanted to book an appointment because the NHS's own website said to book an appointment if you're having symptoms from that particular condition for the first time. I told the receptionist that and she just said I should go to the pharmacist for that, that they didn't have any appointments anyway then rushed me off the phone before I cod properly respond. I was feeling apprehensive about booking and wanted to also book a cervical screening but I didn't even get time to properly respond before she hang up. She made me feel like I was stupid for doing something I'd been advised to do by the NHS itself!
