Please do yourself a HUGE favour and DO NOT sign up to this GP Surgery. They are an absolute disgrace. I ordered my repeat prescription via the email address given, and was told it would he ready within 2 days. 2 days later, they sent me a text message saying that I need a review with my GP before they can administer medication for me. I called the surgery and was told that I have to wait 4 days for a telephone appointment, as I am currently working away and can't get into the surgery itself. So I have to go without any form of medication for over a week, all because they can't spare any resources to make me a basic telephone consultation for medication that I have taken for years and years. Medication that I rely on to function daily, as I have a sometimes crippling anxiety disorder. Absolutely disgraceful. I talked to 2 separate members of staff, who made no attempt to help at all. You're telling me that a doctors surgery doesn't have emergency appointments, or that they can't just sign off medication that is very clearly on my records? This GP surgery is an absolute joke shop, and I am going to put reviews on every single platform that I can find, to make people aware of just how bad this place is. There have also been errors with past test results etc over my time as a "patient".

Too busy messing about sending hundreds of copies of the same message on the myGP app to actually answer the phone in a timely manner. I've had many issues with sunlight but this is just the icing on the cake.

Extremely rude reception team, especially the male receptionist. Full of young doctors now one of which completely wasted my time. I was sat waiting for 2 hours to be seen with a chest infection and tonsillitis to be told by a “doctor” it’s viral and there was nothing that they could do for me. Why not give me a phone consultation like you normally try and palm people off with if you can’t be bothered helping patients. This was over 6 weeks ago now and I am still coughing stuff up off my chest but I have no faith in this practice anymore to come back. Staff do not care about patients wellbeing at this practice

Good Luck Getting Through via phone. I called up this morning to cancel an appointment and could not get hold of anyone by phone. It rang out for 5 minutes straight. I've also noticed clients complaining to reception about the exact same problem. They say they are busy but how is that the patients fault. They complain to us when the appointment is lost but they don't answer the phones to take the cancellation. Very frustrating
