Park Royal Post Office london

The worst post office ever. This shop doesn't even feel like it is in association with royal mail or other post offices. The staff are very unprofessional and rude, all staff are related and do not know how to behave. Also they will not even let you use a piece of tape for stamps, you are forced to buy everything here. AVOID at all costs. Travel further if need be.

This place is awful, seems like a family business run by unfriendly people that who do not care and are rude. Came for a quick click and drop that has been already paid by my company but they refuse the parcel. Just say you don't know if u don't. Better to look stupid than rude !!!

It is absolutely disgraceful that you can't use this post office to withdraw money without being completely humiliated by staff. My mother went in there today to withdraw money and was horrified when the lady that works there came over shouting for her to use the cashpoint outside, my mother is dyslexic and wouldn't understand how to use a cashpoint. The lady then served her even though she wasn't going to her, she said come on then I'll do it it's the last time I'm serving you. It's a bloody disgrace that there has been numerous complaints about this lady and she is still there. It's her bloody job to serve, if she doesn't wanna work in a post office she should bloody quit! Its nice to be nice in life.

Good service, polite staff and the job is done as quickly as possible (sometimes it is quite busy). Never had a problem!

I don’t know what it is but every time I go here I barely get greeted and it’s full of attitude. I remember the owner was complaining about customers coming to the post office half an hour before closing time. I’d completely avoid if I were you.

New in the neighbourhood and had to send a parcel for the first time in my live. Very nice ladies, they were helpful, quick and witty 😊

The 2 women who work there a the most welcoming people I've met in a post office. They are lovely kind helpful and professional. They take the time to explain you everything you need to know!!! Thanks a lot ladies!!!

How strange? Everytime I went they were just purly polite and tried to be high efficiency. It is true that there are too few staff (2, normally) but the mother and the daughter both have been very nice and polite. Wondering how they could be “rude”？On the contraty, they're very good service, warm and kind~from my own experience.
