I'd just like to say thank you for the ongoing excellent care I receive. Staff are professional, friendly and polite. My dentist is brilliant, she is extremely thorough and clearly cares about her patients. I used to be anxious about visiting the dentist before I became a patient here, but not anymore! I couldn't recommend this dentist enough. Thanks again!

Awful experience trying to book an emergency dental appointment. It clearly states on their website open at 8.30 however after 14 phone calls and it now being 09.05am the answer machine still saying the "practice is now closed" I think I will be registering at another practice!!

Have been at this practice over 35 year's tried to make an appointment on a couple of occasions told I'm no longer registered with them because I haven't been in 2 years will take over 2 weeks to reregister with them can't have an emergency appt until I'm registered. Worst practice ever

AVOID IF YOU WANT TOO KEEP YOUR TEETH 4 weeks for an appointment and said to busy to do tooth so put temp filling in then booked me another 4 weeks for filling temp filling fell out next day hilarious 8 weeks in total for fillings in the mean time had abscess needed a root canal treatment after the 8 weeks wait ave a guess what !!! 5 weeks appointment !!!! over 3 months and never booked me in absolute joke you want to keep your teeth keep away from this over worked nhs dentist still haven't had work done they an absolute joke

Went in after my filling failed and after a dodgy X-ray they decided they were going to remove my tooth, after lots of persuading they agreed to do another X-ray which confirmed my tooth didn't need removing at all and the root was healthy. A temporary filling was put in and I was told around 2-4 weeks I would get a permenant filling put back in. Fast forward 3 months and 2 cancelled appointments later and I am still waiting to have my filling.

A big thank you to the dentist I saw yesterday cause she helped stop my pain in me fractured tooth. All staff in reception are kind, friendly and polite. Also my dentist is amazing for all the dental work she's done for me. Thank you!

Fantastic dentist. Lovely staff. Very affordable and lovely clean environment.

terrible practice worst receptionists youve ever come across no care and dont care money grabbers interested in making money and dont care about the patients who really need help its a disgrace to call itself dentisrs animals are treated better than this lot treat there patients 10 phone calls still had no help

Hi l would like to say thank you for all the hard work you did during lockdown. You all worked so hard keeping us safe and pain free well done you lovely people.

Very unprofessional dentist some ok one very rude and made mistakes as to what was needed. Missed an in mouth cyst, said I had an infection in my teeth yet never give me anything, found out two of the dentists where discussing my treatment one WORKED there the other was her husband who worked in the hospital and told me I'd have a99% chance of getting the treatment nèeded, which was refused, then tried to ba k track once I highlighted patient confidence. Told me firstly I was over brushing the not so nice one told me I don't brush my teeth, They offer services which they wouldn't give but should, totally put me off, fitted a rretainer to tight after twice trying to get the imprint causing an abscess, the blamed it on my broke teeth had mouth trauma which wasn't taken into account, medication been on for years and again took no notice. Had to write a letter of complaint, but have the local mp doing it as arthritis makes me unable.to hold a pen for to long. Ended up in AnE due to their negligent behaviour. Now have to go back to discuss these these things which is already causing anxiety, again all this was know yet not acted upon. All staff where great except one dentist. SO after my next appointment I'll be leaving this practice if things stay the same. I wouldn't advise anyone using this dentist, as the one who spoke to me like something shed stood in had been basically promised me because her husband worked where I needed to go I wouldn't get in. Found anxiety levels out of control and really scared to go back, so have to take medication just to see what happens. Seriously really nice people except for one. Also do not take MENTAL health issues seriously at all.
